1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Nexvise Solution platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Use License & Account
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service:
- To deploy chatbots that generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
- To impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation.
- To send spam, unsolicited messages, misleading promotions, or messages to users who have not agreed to receive them.
- To interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
4. WhatsApp and Third-Party Platforms
Some Nexvise Solution features may connect with third-party platforms, including WhatsApp and Meta services. These platforms are operated by their respective providers and are subject to their own terms, policies, technical limits, review processes, and availability.
You are responsible for using connected messaging channels in a lawful and responsible manner, including obtaining appropriate customer consent, sending relevant business communications, and avoiding spam-like or abusive messaging practices.
Third-party providers may reject messages, limit features, suspend templates, restrict numbers, or take action against an account if their policies are breached or if messaging behaviour is considered harmful, misleading, or excessive. Nexvise Solution is not responsible for restrictions, suspensions, account actions, delays, outages, or policy decisions made by third-party platforms.
We may refuse, suspend, or limit use of any feature if we reasonably believe it may violate applicable law, third-party platform rules, customer privacy, or safe messaging practices.
5. Chatbot and Automation Output
Chatbot and automation features are designed to assist with customer communication, lead handling, appointment workflows, and follow-up. They do not replace your responsibility to review important customer messages, business decisions, pricing, commitments, or service arrangements.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, product details, service terms, and instructions you provide for use in chatbot or automation workflows.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Nexvise Solution and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Nexvise Solution, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
